Guide Lines for free Skills: Rising unemployment and poverty are a major problem in Pakistan. Despite completing their education, millions of young people are unable to find employment due to lack of skills. Keeping this need in mind, the government launched the Benazir Hunarmand Program. The aim of this program is to improve the lives of young people, especially women, by educating them, training them, and teaching them skills, and to make them economically independent.

Benazir Hunar Mand Program is a part of Benazir Income Program. The aim of this program is to teach modern and traditional skills to the poor youth of the society so that they can stand on their own feet. Eligibility criteria of the Skilled Program
The following conditions have been set for joining the Benazir Hunarmand Program:
- Must be a Pakistani citizen
- The age limit is generally set at 18 to 40 years.

- The family belongs to the poor class.
- We must have a national identity card.
- Matriculation and intermediate education are mandatory for some courses, while basic courses may also include illiterates.
Registration procedure
1.The candidate has to obtain the form from the website of the respective BISP organization or from the nearest office.
2.All personal information, educational details and skill preferences are entered in the form.
3.A copy of the national identity card and educational certificates are submitted with the form.
4.The candidate is shortlisted after the application is submitted.
5.The successful candidate is sent to training where free training is provided.
6.After completing the course, the candidate is given an official certificate so that they can use it in employment or business.
